The ancient road that

connected Rome with

the sea becomes

the road of Italian flavors

An eno-gastronomic journey on the ancient road that connected Rome with the Adriatic sea.

We will try the fundamentals of Italian gastronomy: coffee, pasta, pizza, mozzarella and limoncello.

In addition, a tour to the volcano that changed the history of the Roman Empire.

We will taste the cuisine of authentic trattorias, the one of housewifes and the one of great restaurants…Campania and Puglia: very fresh fish, lots of seafood, cow and buffalo mozzarellas, as well as gluttonous desserts, unique in the world.

Hands on master classes; you will come back home knowing how to prepare orecchiette and pasta with seafood … you will also knead pizza with a master.

We will dedicate a whole day to one of the most beautiful landscape in Italy: a balcony suspended between the cobalt blue sea and the mountains.

Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento.

Discovering the wines of Vesuvio: Coda di Volpe and Piedirosso. One of the best Italian white wines: the Greco di Tufo. The red wines of Salento seem to be full of sun: Primitivo, Negroamaro and Salice … finally the very rare whites of Valle d’Itria.

An excursion on the Vesuvio volcano.

A day among the excavations of Pompei, that give us exactly the daily life of the ancient Romans.

A visit to the antique Apulian stone dwellings, the trulli.
