We will taste the cuisine of authentic trattorias, the one of housewifes and the one of great restaurants…Aosta Valley and Valtellina: meats and cheeses that bring with them extraordinary aromas of mountain pastures.
The two excellent cheeses: Fontina and Bitto.

GASTRONOMY
Master classes with your hands inside, you will come back home knowing how to prepare pizzoccheri and polenta.
GLACIERS or SPAS?
An unscheduled excursion: from Courmayeur to Chamonix (FR), crossing the Mont Blanc icy landscape.
Alternatively, a day of Spa and relaxation at the Pré Saint Didier Spa.

Discovering the highest vineyards in Europe cultivated in Prié Blanc.
Mountain Nebbiolo: Donnas, Nus, and Sforzato.
The extraordinary wines of the Aosta Valley: Petite Arvine, Torrette, and Fumin.
We will visit the extraordinary terraces of Valtellina and its best crus: Sassella and Inferno.
